What types of vendors are you looking for?
We are looking for family friendly vendors from various business categories including clothing, toys, fitness, attractions, health, recreation, retail, and any other business whose target audience is adults, children, and families. Types of businesses not allowed: Adult related retail items, alcohol, any items with profanity, etc. The arena also has restrictions that will not allow any food trucks or the sale of any unpackaged food inside the arena.

What can I expect at the event?
We are expecting a few thousand people at Kid Quest Expo! During the event, the character meet & greet stations will be spread out to ensure even traffic flow. We will also have a few characters mingling throughout the booths to encourage vendor activity. Our stage performances will be spaced out to leave time for attendees to visit our vendor's booths between performances. Our vendor liaison will be walking around throughout the event to make sure our vendors have everything they need. All of our vendors will also have access to our hospitality suite to relax and get a drink/snack.

What is included in my booth price?
All booth packages include space at the expo, pipe & drape, name on website, two vendor wristbands, access to the vendor hospitality suite, and one social media post.

What time is vendor set up?
Friday, April 21st from 7AM to 6PM and Saturday, April 22nd from 8AM to 10AM. ALL vendors must have their booth space completed in time for event doors to open at 10:00AM EST on Saturday.

When is payment due?
Upon being approved for a booth space at Kid Quest Expo, vendors will receive a PayPal invoice with information on paying with a credit card or check. Full payment is required to reserve your booth space. *Refunds will not be allowed for booth spaces; however, you may transfer your booth space to another vendor with approval.
